The Feldenkrais Method completely transformed my way of navigating two years living with post-concussive vestibular and vision complications. The method became a new path of learning for not only my health and well-being, but also my creative voice as a dancer, teacher and choreographer.  I am so passionate about sharing this work and witnessing the new possibilities within movement.  

About The Method:









Developed by Moshé Feldenkrais and reaching international recognition, Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) is the group class component of The Feldenkrais Method®, utilizing gentle movement sequences to dismantle our habits and find new ways of moving with more clarity, efficiency, and ease. The method has shown to improve posture, flexibility, coordination and alleviate chronic pain. 

Who is it for?

Movers, dancers, educators, artists, parents and ALL will benefit from learning and incorporating this method into their daily life.
